At the beginning on August my mom had 2 girls with the same laat name come up on ordinances ready. She clicked on them to see if they were sisters and they were. They also had 11 other siblings that had no temple work done. It has taken myself, my husband, our 5 kids and even more friends and family to get all of their temple work done. Tuesday we were able to gather enough friends and family to come to the temple and get all 13 kids sealed to their parents at the same time!! I hope we never forget the time we worked so hard for this family ♡

When I served as a Temple Ordinance Worker in Idaho Falls and then Pocatello. We witnessed many instances of the Lord’s hand in Temple Worship. The many times things occurred that seemed to be giuded by the Lord’s hand, we always said there are no such things a coincindences in the Temple.

If you want to feel peace amidst the challenges of life, go to the temple! From the moment you walk in the doors, a feeling of calm washes over you. It is a place to take all the troubles of life, lay them at the feet of Christ and let him carry them for you. Go with a prayer in your heart and a desire to feel of His love and the assurance that in the end, all will be Ok.

One of my favorite things about the temple is sealing families together. I have learned that if you think seriously of why you are there, you gain more knowledge and truth. I am grateful to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. So I do my ancestors work so they too can become members of the true church. I love being in the House of the Lord.

I love the feeling of light, peace, and power I receive as I attend the temple. Being in the Lord’s house strengthens me to come back to day-to-day life with new resolve to follow Christ. I enjoyed the idea to pray to find Christ in every room of the temple and then look for Him, because I felt more focused on Him and saw not only Him, but myself and my family, as I participated in temple ordinances. I also appreciated the invitation to visit a FamilySearch Center. I went to the one in Idaho Falls and was blown away– I did not realize it would be so big, and so cool! I was able to scan some negatives I had been wanting to and the missionaries were so kind and helpful. Thank you for putting this challenge together.

I love the temple! I always think I dont have enough time and opportunity to go to the temple. But when the opportunity knocks, I try very hard to open the door. I was able to invite myself to a temple trip to see the new Montpelier temple. That was rainy but fun. Then I had a friend randomly invite me to go to the temple. I love going to the temple with friends. I have the very best friends and ministering sisters! They love and support me! I hope the next time I go to the temple I can go with my love. I love to see the temple!

I have always loved family history. Finding names of ancestors who need their work done in the temple has been so rewarding. I have appreciated this game. It has helped me stretch, learn and go to the temple more often. I have felt the sisters rejoice on the other side as I go. ♡

I’ve loved playing the temple squares game and seeing so many from our stake serving both the living and the dead there. I’ve learned how simple it is to get names of ancestors and can even print the needed cards right there as you walk in. We live in such a wonderful time of life where technology is so helpful. I am thankful for my ancestors and will continue to help them with their work. We can see the Pocatello temple shining brightly on the hill from our front door and know that if we can always keep the temple in by our sights and in our hearts we will be blessed.

I’m so grateful for the encouragement this activity gave me to make the temple a priority. As a busy mom it is easy to push off attending the temple or just do a quick session of initiatories but this challenge helped me to be more intentional about attending. It also renewed my testimony of the importance of the covenants we make in the temple. It was such a joy to spend more time in the house of the Lord and feel of His Spirit. My husband and I were also able to do sealings with my grandparents and parents. I am so grateful for the examples they are to me and for the sealing power that allows us to be together forever.

My favorite task is to seal whole families together. I also go to learn knowledge and truth taught by our Savior. My testimony has grown by doing ordinance work for my ancestors. I am so thankful to be a member of this true church and do the work for my ancestors to also become members. This can be accomplished in the House of the Lord.

I loved learning everything. I have learned about the temple for this game. I have loved some of the task and it has made me see things differently. I have learned to appreciate the beauty of the Pocatello temple even more. Praying for the name of the person you’re going through is pretty special.

I am going to the temple today with my wife and two of my kids to do sealings. We have also invited someone that has never been with us before. We really look forward to this experience today. I also look forward to praying for the individual on the other side of the veil. I think that will be a game changer. I have a testimony of temples and the great work that we do there that brings us closer to the savior Jesus Christ.

I became a temple worker last November and it was suggested by a member of the temple presidency to look for the Savior in the temple, so when I was doing the square to pray to find Christ in every room of the temple and then look for Him when I go, it touched my heart. From the beginning of my service in the temple to just 10 months later my eyes have been opened and my heart softened to see more clearly. I have seen Him in the wear of the carpet by all those who have sacrificed time to come and do His work for others. I have seen Him in the eyes of the youth who walk into the baptistry to have time in the temple. I have seen Him in the tender tears of patrons as their burdens are lifted or as the spirit has born witness to them. I have seen it in a drop of water, a drop of oil and covenants made. What a blessing!

I love spending time in the temple! One of my favorite things is learning line upon line! Pres Nelson promised that our spiritual foundation would be strengthened as we attend the temple regularly. I have seen so many blessings and tender mercies come from intentionally making time for and spending time in the temple. So grateful to have two temples so close!

Thank you for such a fun challenge. I learned a lot of things that will change my temple experiences. I enjoyed the challenge of praying for the name that I am taking through. It was change up to not only think of the name/person I am taking the name through the temple, but to truly pray for them.
